Refund and Returns Policy

At Yliana, we strive to deliver perfect kitchenware, tabletop utensils, and home decor. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Exchange Policy

  • No Exchanges: We don’t support exchanges. During checkout, you’ll confirm all details (size, design, quantity, etc.). Double-check your order, as we can’t accept exchanges for incorrect selections.

Cancel an Order

  • Timeframe: You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be in processing or shipping.
  • Cancellation Fee: 10% of your total order value applies.
  • How to Cancel: Email support@yliana.shop with your order number to request cancellation.

Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (per tracking info). After 30 days, orders are considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Eligible Returns: We offer full refunds if your item arrives:
    • Damaged or shattered.
    • With a different design, size, or material than ordered.
    • As the wrong product or not matching its description.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unmodified.
    • In original condition (unless the issue is our fault) with tags and packaging intact.
    • Free of minor flaws (e.g., loose threads) that can be easily fixed.

Steps to Return:

  1. Email support@yliana.shop with:
    • Order number.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
    • Shipping label/tracking info.
    • Photos of defective items (if applicable).
    • Relevant email screenshots from us.
  2. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with a return address (based on your location) and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a traceable carrier.
  4. Send the return tracking number to support@yliana.shop.
    Note: Don’t return without approval—unconfirmed returns won’t be processed, and we’re not liable for lost packages.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Amount: Full refund (including original shipping fees) for eligible returns.
  • Processing Time: Takes up to 2 business days after we receive your return. We’ll email you to confirm receipt and refund approval.
  • Refund Method: Credited to your original payment method within 10–15 days (depending on your bank/card issuer).
  • Return Shipping Cost: You cover the cost of return shipping—it’s not refunded.
  • Missing Refund?: Check your account, then contact your bank. Still no refund after 15 days? Email support@yliana.shop—we’ll assist within 2–3 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery—no exceptions.
  • We’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns—use a traceable carrier and send us the tracking number.
  • Contact us first for approval; unapproved or ineligible requests won’t be refunded.
